What makes ClayBea® clays different from regular store-bought clays?

Most traditional face clays are sold raw and gritty, which can cause micro-tears on your skin. They are also frequently processed with chemical bleaches or contain heavy metal contamination. ClayBea® clining minerals are triple-refined to an ultra-fine 75-micron level (smooth as silk velvet) and are strictly NABL lab-tested to guarantee zero heavy metals, zero fillers, and zero toxins.

How often should I use the Multani Mitti or White Kaolin Clay?

• Natural Multani Mitti (Oil Control/Deep Detox): Best used 1–2 times a week for oily or acne-prone skin.
• White Kaolin Clay (Gentle Polish/Sensitive Skin): Mild enough to be used 2–3 times a week for normal, dry, or sensitive skin types.

Do I need to do a patch test?

Yes. Even though our clays are 100% pure and certified safe, individual skin types react differently to natural minerals. We highly recommend applying a small amount to your inner wrist or jawline 24 hours before your first full facial application.

How long will it take to get my order?

We process and dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 hours. Metro cities generally receive deliveries within 3–5 business days, while the rest of India takes about 5–7 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email and SMS as soon as your package ships.

Can I return or exchange my product?

Because our products are personal care raw minerals packaged under sterile conditions, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the product pouch has been dispatched or opened. However, if your package arrives torn or damaged during transit, please contact us at support@claybea.com within 48 hours with unboxing photos/videos, and we will issue a replacement immediately.
